Can they work in my timezone?

Yes. Donna Talents will work in your time zone, and we support all time zones in North America.

Can EAs work with more than one executive?

Yes. Donna Talent must have one direct manager, but may work with multiple executives, managers, or teammates.

Do you offer part-time roles?

In certain cases, Donna is able to support part-time roles. We structure our part time role so you can select AM or PM availability, 5 days per week. However, we strongly recommend full-time roles to maximize the effectiveness of delegation.

Are there lock-in contracts?

No. Contracts are month to month and you can cancel at any time.

How many EAs can I hire?

There is no limit, but we suggest starting with one to gain experience delegating and developing SOPs. If you plan on hiring more than 3 Talents with Donna, volume pricing is available.
